Manage your data

Elnoly gives you direct control over wardrobe data, its private backup, permissions, and privacy requests.

Delete app data and wardrobe backup

To remove wardrobe photos, items, outfits, wear history, plans, optional body-proportion and personal-color profiles, stylist memory, cached recommendations, and the private Elnoly wardrobe backup:

  1. Open Elnoly.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Select Privacy & Data.
  4. Tap Delete Local Data and Wardrobe Backup and confirm.

You can turn the optional Wardrobe Backup on or off in Profile → Privacy & Data; it is off by default. Turning it off keeps the local wardrobe and deletes the cloud copy. You can also delete individual items and stylist preferences inside the app. Uninstalling the app removes its local container but keeps a previously enabled Elnoly backup so the wardrobe can be restored after reinstalling. Apple backups are controlled separately through your Apple Account and device settings.

To delete the pseudonymous server account as well, open Profile → Account, select Delete account, and confirm. This removes the server account, app sessions, style profile, App Attest records, and private R2 uploads associated with the account before wiping local app data.

To delete one managed family profile without affecting the adult wardrobe, open Profile → Active Wardrobe → Manage Family Members, select the member, and delete the profile. This removes that member’s local garments, catalog photos, and packing plans.

Revoke permissions

On iPhone, open Settings → Apps → Elnoly. You can change access to Photos, Camera, and Location. Location can be set to Never; photo access can be limited or removed.

Revoking a permission prevents the related feature from working but does not affect the rest of your local wardrobe. In Elnoly 1.3 and later, Delete Local Data and Wardrobe Backup also removes the short-lived approximate weather-location cache immediately.

Request access or deletion

Elnoly uses Sign in with Apple to create a pseudonymous server account. The easiest way to remove account data is the in-app Delete account action. Limited technical usage and rate-limit records may exist for the periods described in the Privacy Policy.

To request access, correction, or deletion of identifiable support or operational data, email Petr.salsa@icloud.com. Include your anonymous Support ID from Profile if available, plus the approximate date, time, time zone, and feature used. Do not email wardrobe photos, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Questions or complaints

Contact us first and we will try to resolve the issue. Depending on your location, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. In the Czech Republic, this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
