Privacy Policy for FitBlocks AI

FitBlocks AI (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) helps users generate personalized fitness workouts using artificial intelligence. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and what choices you have.
Information We Collect
FitBlocks AI does not require you to create an account with your name or email address.
The App may collect and process the following information:
Anonymous User ID
The App creates an anonymous user ID. This ID is used to recognize the same app installation, manage free and premium workout generation limits, and keep subscription access working after the App is restarted or reinstalled.
Fitness Profile
To generate safer and more personalized workouts, the App may use profile information that you enter, such as:
- sex
- age
- height
- weight
- fitness goal
- training level
- available equipment
- physical limitations or workout restrictions
Workout Requests
When you ask the App to generate a workout, the text you type may be sent to our backend server and to an AI service provider in order to create the workout.
Workout Generation Usage
We store basic usage information, such as how many AI workout generations were used and whether the anonymous user is on the free or premium plan.
Purchase Status
If you purchase a premium subscription, the App may process subscription status information to unlock premium features and manage daily generation limits.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- generate personalized AI workouts
- adapt workouts to your profile, goal, equipment, and limitations
- manage free and premium workout generation limits
- provide premium subscription access
- improve reliability and prevent abuse of the service
- maintain and operate the App and backend service
AI Processing
FitBlocks AI uses an AI service provider to generate workouts. Your workout request and relevant fitness profile information may be sent to the AI service provider for processing.
Do not enter highly sensitive personal information that is not needed for generating a workout.
Data Storage
Some information is stored locally on your device. Some information, such as anonymous user ID, premium status, and generation usage, may be stored on our backend server.
We do not intentionally collect your name, email address, exact location, contacts, photos, or payment card information through the App.
Payment and subscription processing is handled by Apple through the App Store.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the App, including:
- backend hosting providers
- AI service providers
- Apple, for subscription and purchase processing
These providers process information only as needed to provide the App’s functionality.
Tracking and Advertising
FitBlocks AI does not use your data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
FitBlocks AI does not currently show third-party advertising.
Health and Fitness Disclaimer
FitBlocks AI provides general fitness workout suggestions. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always exercise within your ability and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. If you have a medical condition or injury, consult a qualified professional before starting a workout program.
Children
FitBlocks AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your Choices
You can stop using the App at any time.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
You can contact us to request deletion of backend data associated with your anonymous user ID.
Data Retention
We keep data only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the App, manage subscriptions and generation limits, comply with legal obligations, and prevent abuse.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above.
